Bolt alternative for copying a website design
Bolt is an AI website and app builder. You chat, it writes the code and hosts the site, and you pay in tokens. CopyDesign.ai handles the step before the build: paste the URL of a site you like and get a written spec of its layout, type, colors and sections, ready to paste into Bolt or another AI coding tool.

| Free | 1 clone, no card | 1M tokens a month, capped at 300K a day |
| Paid | $1.99 for one spec, or $9.99 a month for 12 | Pro costs $25 a month and starts at 10M tokens; Teams costs $30 a seat |
| Unused allowance | Rolls over | Paid-plan tokens stay for up to two months |
When Bolt is the better pick
You want one place to build, host and put a custom domain on the site, and you're happy to describe it in chat.
When CopyDesign.ai is the better pick
You already know which site you want your build to look like. The spec gives Bolt measurements to work from, so you spend fewer tokens fixing spacing and type by hand.
Using both
Run the URL through CopyDesign.ai, paste the spec into a new Bolt project and ask it to build one section at a time. Bolt's pricing page says its tokens cover reading prompts and project files, so a long spec does use some of your allowance.
How CopyDesign.ai gets its numbers
For a URL, CopyDesign.ai loads the page in a headless browser, takes eight screenshots from top to bottom and reads the HTML plus up to three stylesheets. Gemini writes the spec in two passes: measurements and sections first, then starter code. A URL run usually takes two to three minutes.
